Here down South, Sweet Tea is a must! It is real simple to make too. I use about ten tea bags or{4 jumbo bags} per one gallon and I bring the water (with the tea bags in it) to a boil and then I remove it from heat (Regular black tea or herb tea).
After a short while I remove the tea bags and add a little honey {optional}. I then heat in the microwave 2 cups of sugar with just enough water to cover to make a simple syrup.About 3 mins. until dissoved. Then pour it into the gallon container with the tea.
Serve over ICE!
Serve with a few mint leaves and/or a slice of lemon.
